We are not liable for any lost mail. Once an order is dispatched, the tracking number will be sent to you.

If the product’s quality does not satisfy or arrives damaged, we are happy to fix the item(s) within 10 days of receiving your parcel. Customers must arrange for their own shipment and make payment for the return delivery once the product is fixed.
